Burtection Systems Inc. Since 1986, Burtection Systems Inc. has been a trusted provider of fire alarm and suppression system services, specializing in the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm equipment across British Columbia.

Our leadership has played a pivotal role in advancing the fire protection industry. Founder Burt Wong served as the inaugural Chair of the Fire Alarm Technician Certification Program (Fire Alarm Sub-Committee) under the Applied Science Technologists & Technicians of British Columbia (ASTTBC). Through this initiative, industry-wide standards and training programs were developed to elevate the professionalism and capabilities of fire alarm technicians throughout the province.

Asenda Systems Inc. Since 1992, we have leveraged AutoCAD to manage building operations, mechanical systems, and lease layouts through a structured and standardized implementation process. Our approach has turned CAD from a traditional drafting tool into a powerful asset for property and facility management.

To further enhance efficiency, we developed a cloud-based drawing management system that gives clients instant access to building drawings from any web-enabled device—no AutoCAD software required. This system also supports integration with real-time data, allowing facility managers to view live updates on energy usage, system performance, and critical infrastructure metrics through our Building Management System (BMS).

Our platform can seamlessly interface with existing building management systems, offering a forward-compatible, scalable solution designed to meet the demands of modern property oversight.

We are actively advancing this platform toward a fully integrated “Intelligent Building Management System”, combining CAD data with live building analytics to empower smarter decision-making.

This technology is being transitioned under Plusix Power Management Systems Inc. to align with our broader innovation strategy.

CAM Facility Services Inc. Since 2009, C.A.M. Facilities Services Inc. has evolved from a specialized parking lot line painting company into a trusted provider of comprehensive facility maintenance solutions across the Greater Vancouver Regional District.
